What you will do

• Partner with Product and Design to build and improve core mobile features (Budgeting, Goals, Assistant) for iOS and Android.
• Establish mobile engineering best practices, code quality standards, and development processes to enable rapid iteration.
• Mentor engineering peers and provide technical guidance.
• Help shape the long-term mobile technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• 4+ years of mobile development experience.
• 2+ years of experience using React Native and TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).
• Product-centric mindset with a strong ownership mentality from spec to production.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building fintech or consumer financial products.
• Full-stack web engineering experience with React and Python.
• Background in performance optimization and mobile app analytics.
• Previous experience at a high-growth startup (Series A-C).
