Salary: $105,600 - $145,200

What you will do

• Partner with enterprise customers to establish strategies and initiatives that increase cyber resilience.
• Engage stakeholders across all levels, from technical professionals to C-level executives.
• Drive adoption of the hirify.global platform to maximize customer ROI and value.
• Analyze platform metrics to deliver intelligence and narratives on customer preparedness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide the voice of the customer for product innovation.
• Assist in delivering Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to ensure long-term account health.

Requirements

• Must be physically located in the Eastern Time Zone (USA).
• 3+ years of experience in an information security practitioner or consulting role.
• Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
• Deep understanding of cyber operations and their impact on organization-wide responsiveness.
• Ability to develop and deliver people-centric cybersecurity programs.
• Experience leading technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in IT fundamentals, including networking, databases, and software development.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Team/Red Team operations.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, SIEM, firewalls, and public cloud environments.
