What you will do
- Deliver outstanding customer support via calls, chats, and emails
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security
- Apply latest customer happiness practices and meet KPIs
- Maintain deep understanding of client solutions
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists
- Keep up with evolving tools and technology
Requirements
- Native Norwegian and good English communication skills at B2 level or higher
- 6+ months of experience in customer support role
- CRM systems expertise
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude
- Personal computer (at least 8GB RAM) with stable internet (50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload minimum)
