What you will do

• Assist with operational support for channel marketing programs, campaigns, and performance tracking
• Maintain and organize channel marketing asset inventory and partner resources
• Support partner-facing events including webinars, conferences, logistics, and reporting
• Handle procurement tasks, expense tracking, and administrative support for campaigns
• Analyze marketing data using Salesforce and Power BI, generate reports and AI-driven insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, events, and finance teams using AI for efficiency

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfort with spreadsheets, reporting data, and tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in B2B marketing, partner ecosystems, or SaaS technology
• Analytical mindset with curiosity about data and AI in marketing

Nice to have

• Experience with project management or marketing tools (Asana, Salesforce)
• Interest in or exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude)
