Location: Onsite Randolph, MN (in-person training period at Le Sueur, MN facility)

Salary: $22.00 - $30.00 hourly

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on heavy mobile equipment according to schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect equipment for defects and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain records of activities in CMMS and manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and participate in training/drills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in heavy mobile equipment maintenance
• Technical degree in heavy construction equipment, diesel mechanics, or equivalent
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, automated systems
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Basic computer proficiency for CMMS and documentation
• Physical ability to lift 60 lbs, stand 12 hours, work outdoors in all weather
