What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for product features and functionality during client implementations.
• Develop and deliver best practices for both technical and non-technical aspects of implementation projects.
• Liaise with client executive staff to manage expectations regarding timing, functionality, and back-office requirements.
• Analyze client business processes and provide consultative recommendations for solution design.
• Mentor Project Managers and implementation resources in product expertise, case resolution, and process improvement.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Development teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in project management, financial services, or a consultative role.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• English: Fluent written and oral communication required.
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployment architecture and business requirements practices.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial lending or pricing solutions.
• Prior experience with the PrecisionLender platform.
