Senior Strategist (Automotive): Lead strategic development for integrated automotive campaigns from insight generation to creative briefing with an accent on connecting stakeholders across CRM, dealership, PR, and holistic marketing experiences. Focus on analyzing market, consumer, and competitive data, developing inspiring strategic narratives, and presenting to senior client stakeholders.

Location: Frankfurt / Offenbach (Hybrid), regular presence at client’s office in Offenbach (2–3 days per week). Remaining days remote or from hirify.global office in Frankfurt or Berlin.

What you will do

• Lead strategic development for integrated automotive campaigns, from insight generation to creative briefing
• Run marketing consulting projects, connecting stakeholders across CRM, dealership, PR, and consumer perspectives
• Analyze market, consumer, and competitive data to identify actionable brand opportunities
• Develop clear, inspiring strategic narratives to guide creative and marketing decisions
• Present strategy to senior client stakeholders and defend recommendations confidently
• Collaborate with creative, account, and data teams across European markets

Requirements

• Strong automotive category experience (required)
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and drive strategy from start to finish
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent English
