What you will do

• Manage the Brand Studio team, prioritizing and trafficking key projects.
• Develop and manage creative processes from brief intake to delivery.
• Handle stakeholder management across the business to bring designs from concept to completion.
• Design internal and external marketing materials aligning with brand identities, including web, digital, print, events, and merchandise.
• Maintain Google Suite templates and marketing collateral library.
• Develop brand identities, guidelines, and team growth plans, including rebrands.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Design or similar field.
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience managing a brand and visual identity.
• Portfolio demonstrating design across different mediums.
• Excellent Google Suite skills (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Strong attention to detail, communication, tight deadlines, creativity, and team management.
