What you will do

• Own and institutionalize enterprise lifecycle governance, including stage-gate frameworks from ideation to general availability.
• Build portfolio visibility with real-time dashboards, executive reporting, and AI-enabled readiness tracking.
• Design product operations org structure, headcount alignment, and role boundaries across ops functions.
• Orchestrate strategic programs, linking roadmap milestones to GTM readiness and revenue impact.
• Align Product, Engineering, and GTM teams on shared KPIs and quarterly business reviews.
• Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• 12+ years experience (advanced degree with 8+ years acceptable); 5-7 years managing employees.
• Strong background in product management, financial services, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency with Agile development, programming, database, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and oral English communication required.
• U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship.
