Director, Product Operations (Fintech): Architect and run the operating system enabling ’s product strategy with an accent on enterprise lifecycle governance, portfolio visibility, and organizational design. Location: Austin, TX (hybrid). Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Own and institutionalize enterprise lifecycle governance, including stage-gate frameworks from ideation to general availability.
- Build portfolio visibility with real-time dashboards, executive reporting, and AI-enabled readiness tracking.
- Design product operations org structure, headcount alignment, and role boundaries across ops functions.
- Orchestrate strategic programs, linking roadmap milestones to GTM readiness and revenue impact.
- Align Product, Engineering, and GTM teams on shared KPIs and quarterly business reviews.
- Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization.
Requirements
- 12+ years experience (advanced degree with 8+ years acceptable); 5-7 years managing employees.
- Strong background in product management, financial services, or e-commerce.
- Proficiency with Agile development, programming, database, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent written and oral English communication required.
- U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship.
