Location: Remote - US. This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer including H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor corp-to-corp.

Salary: $155,000 - $185,000 + Potential Equity

What you will do

• Develop starter and accelerator kits packaging agents, orchestration patterns, and workflows for business teams to adopt agentic execution.
• Roadmap, design, build, and deploy agentic systems composing agents into scalable workflows replacing manual processes.
• Own day-to-day product leadership for key workstreams, defining execution plans and driving cross-functional progress.
• Shape integration of Growth Intelligence, making business context accessible to agents via partnerships with data science and engineering.
• Define success criteria, track outcomes, and communicate ROI to leadership.

Requirements

• Builder with ability to write prompts, read code, build prototypes, and debug agent behavior; strong technical and data foundation.
• Systems thinker able to decompose processes into agent units, orchestrate workflows, and design evolving intelligence layers.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial, thriving in 0→1 ambiguity, testing agentic capabilities for business value.
• Influential communicator building trust and alignment across cross-functional and client stakeholders.
• Experience building and deploying production agentic workflows using tools like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex; fluent in agent development patterns.
• Track record delivering AI/ML business outcomes; data fluency in SQL, Python, data modeling, experimentation.
