What you will do

  • Manage expansion of customer base, lead generation, and usage of BT products through your team.
  • Lead renewal contract activities, including product/pricing comparisons and issue resolution.
  • Manage internal resources to resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Drive team knowledge of customer processes and create custom reporting and data analysis.
  • Direct sales advisory department, championing projects and process improvements.
  • Perform internal audits on sales advisory processes and delivery.

Requirements

  • People leadership skills to motivate sales specialists team.
  • Action based on trend analysis for sales performance enhancement.
  • Consulting skills to position BT competitively.
  • Understanding of telco strategies, market dynamics, Cloud, IoT, AI impacts.
  • Current on emerging tech, regulations, and innovation for customer conversations.
  • Handle challenging customer situations via escalation and stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

  • Acquisition/specialist sales management in Telco or Technology.
  • Experience leading virtual teams and delivering sales targets.
