What you will do

  • Drive the technical strategy for Card Spend and Card Payments domains.
  • Enhance AI-driven payment scheduling systems to accurately forecast customer paycheck timing.
  • Scale the rewards platform and optimize virtual card infrastructure for instant spending.
  • Build automated loss mitigation features leveraging proprietary risk models.
  • Create sophisticated customer segmentation tools to support portfolio expansion.
  • Act as a force multiplier by mentoring other engineers and elevating team capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience developing web APIs within .NET (C#).
  • Experience building resilient financial systems with state machine logic and complex lifecycles.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, queue-based architectures, and data-intensive applications.
  • Proven experience scaling consumer-facing products with significant transaction volumes.
  • Ability to leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Augment, Factory) to enhance productivity.
  • Must be based in the United States.
