What you will do

• Maintain systems to track orders from entry to delivery ensuring on-time shipments.
• Support Regional Sales Managers in bid processes and order management.
• Coordinate with internal departments, sales reps, and customers for timely execution.
• Review purchase orders, resolve commercial/technical issues, and manage documents.
• Handle engineering handoffs, submittals, change orders, and material availability with Supply Chain.
• Develop reports, anticipate issues, and manage projects valued at $1M+.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Project Management or similar position.
• Strong communication, project management, technical capability, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.
