Salary: $70/hr - $90/hr W2

What you will do

• Design and deploy complex factory test systems in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Lead the development of test hardware, software, and firmware across Power, RF, Analog, and Digital domains.
• Coordinate with Prime Engineering and Production teams to identify capability needs and ensure smooth deployment to facilities.
• Lead medium-to-large sized teams to meet project budget, schedule, and performance commitments.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and debugging in manufacturing operations.
• Contribute technical and cost solutions for bid and proposal development.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and Active Secret Security Clearance (DOD) are required prior to start date.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
• At least 4 years of direct experience in Test Equipment design and development tasks.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with National Instruments' TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, and/or LabVIEW.
• Hardware design experience in Digital, Analog, RF, and/or power supply testing.
• Proficiency in automating commercial measurement equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers).
• Experience with MS Project, Jira/Confluence, and EVMS tracking software.
