What you will do

• Develop digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms for space-based systems focusing on signal parameter measurements.
• Design and integrate hardware prototypes, FlatSats, and Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) systems.
• Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using SySML and tools like MagicDraw or Cameo.
• Lead Space Payload design, development, and Integration & Test (I&T) activities.
• Implement Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for hardware and software development.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain government security clearance.
• Must be based in or be a local candidate for Scottsdale, AZ.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or STEM field with 5+ years of experience (or Master's + 3 years).
• Proficiency in Python and professional experience with SmallSats and CubeSats development.
• Strong background in Electrical or Systems Engineering with a focus on communications or DSP.
• Experience with MBSE tools such as MagicDraw or Cameo.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of MATLAB for DSP toolboxes.
• Experience with Radar Processing, Phased Array, or Beam Forming.
• Knowledge of Monte Carlo analysis.
