What you will do

• Support colleagues with day-to-day IT issues including laptops, accounts, and software
• Assist with meeting room tech and hardware setup like Zoom and printers
• Set up and configure Windows and Mac devices
• Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• Help with network upgrades and provide post-testing backup support after hours
• Document solutions and learn IT best practices

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• University student in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools like Confluence and Jira
• Experience in MS 365 and Google Workspace
• Proficient in Slack and comfortable with Windows/Mac basics
• Based in Barcelona and available for hybrid internship (part-time or full-time)
• Good documentation skills, independent with project management ability
