What you will do

• Manage end-to-end device lifecycles in Windows environments, including enrollment, provisioning, patching, and decommissioning.
• Design and maintain standardized configurations, baselines, and policies using Microsoft Intune.
• Implement Modern Device Management via Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for streamlined provisioning.
• Automate provisioning, policy enforcement, and operational workflows by integrating cloud platforms and enterprise APIs.
• Monitor system performance and security posture to proactively resolve issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system changes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in endpoint management at an enterprise scale.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Windows enterprise configuration (Modern Management and GPO coexistence).
• Business fluent English and Portuguese language proficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and proactiveness.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
