What you will do

• Provide first-line IT support to employees both on-site and remotely.
• Configure and set up workstations and thin-clients for new hires.
• Troubleshoot client systems to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Contribute to short and long-term projects to enhance the client platform and support systems.
• Assist with general office-related technical tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT support or an equivalent role.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain for fully on-site work.
• Responsible and thorough approach to work with a strong interest in IT.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux, Windows, and Mac client support.
• Basic knowledge of networking.
• Experience with alarms, security controls, and CCTV systems.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
