Location: London office – hybrid, mostly office-based. Relocation supported.

What you will do

• Deliver production-ready game art across 2D and 3D.
• Discover and manage external partners where needed.
• Curate every piece of game art to ensure it is impeccable, original, and cohesive.
• Contribute to world building and visual language development for an original IP.
• Pioneer modern workflows and optimize assets for performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience making production-ready art for shipped games.
• Portfolio showcasing shipped art appealing to teens.
• Experience with animation and VFX workflows.
• Ability to context switch from ideation and creation to management daily.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers, game designers, and other artists.
• Passion for game art and pushing boundaries on mobile; include portfolio in application.
