What you will do

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair RF systems, avionics equipment, and aircraft components using detailed work instructions.
• Perform component-level repairs on wiring harnesses, circuit card assemblies, and power supply circuits.
• Operate electrical test sets and handheld equipment based on Bills of Materials (BOMs) and schematics.
• Document test results and utilize ERP systems such as SAP, PRISM, CMES, or IMRO to support production.
• Assemble and align sub-units using small hand tools, including soldering irons and crimpers.
• Maintain a strong safety focus while performing physical movement of materials across testing platforms.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship status is strictly required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance issued by the Department of Defense is required.
• High school diploma or AA/AS degree with 4 years of relevant experience in electronics or military testing.
• Proven experience in RF/electronics troubleshooting and proficiency in reading engineering schematics.
• Familiarity with oscilloscopes, controllers, and I/O modules at the component level.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
