What you will do

• Drive cross-functional technical programs from scope definition and planning through execution and delivery.
• Manage timelines and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery of the team's roadmap.
• Optimize live operational readiness and incident response workflows, including triage and quality monitoring.
• Develop dashboards, documentation, and reporting to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Establish intake and prioritization processes for internal tooling requests and track adoption.
• Coordinate compliance activities, security reviews, and third-party security testing schedules.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Producer or Program Manager in software or game development environments.
• Proven experience owning complex cross-functional technical initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Ability to understand technical systems, constraints, and dependencies to facilitate decision-making.
• Proficiency in SDLC and Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience supporting release readiness, incident response, and quality processes.
• Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in mobile game development or Games-as-a-Service (GaaS) environments.
• Knowledge of security reviews, compliance workflows, or third-party testing coordination.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience coordinating deliverables with external development partners.
