What you will do

• Oversee development process, managing timelines, resources, scope, and quality.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery with effective tracking, risk mitigation, and problem-solving.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve pipelines and efficiencies, and evolve workflows.
• Lead team progress, milestones delivery, and ceremonies like stand-ups and retros.
• Remove blockers, optimize communication, and nurture shared ownership.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and people management for developers.
• Leverage outsourcing opportunities where appropriate.

Requirements

• At least 5 years as Producer or Project Manager.
• Experience with full game development cycle and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Thorough understanding of agile game development methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Servant-leadership and collaborative mindset.
