What you will do

• Own and drive cross-functional technical programs from scope definition through execution and delivery.
• Maintain timelines, remove blockers, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Improve live operational readiness, incident response workflows, and runbooks.
• Align priorities with senior TPMs and team leads to deliver the roadmap.
• Build dashboards, documentation, and reporting for better visibility and decision-making.
• Establish intake processes for tooling requests and track adoption.
• Coordinate compliance, security testing, audits, and reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Producer, Technical Producer, Project/Program Manager in software, game development, or live services.
• Experience owning technical programs or cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Understand technical systems, dependencies, and tradeoffs to facilitate decisions.
• Partner with engineers on scope, risk management, and milestones.
• Familiarity with SDLC, release management, Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Support operational workflows like incident response and quality processes.
• Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in mobile/live service games.
• Live ops, incident management, or operational excellence.
• Security reviews, compliance, or third-party testing.
• Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Co-developing with external partners.
