What you will do

  • Lead renewals for complex customer engagements, aligning usage with pricing and contracts.
  • Design pricing models and multi-year agreements to reward adoption and enable expansion.
  • Navigate procurement, legal, and finance negotiations per Deal Desk standards.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy and ensure on-time renewals as standard.
  • Align renewal strategy with Global Systems Integrators and partners.

Requirements

  • Proven success in commercial renewal role in SaaS or AI organization.
  • Commercial mindset to deliver compelling value narratives.
  • Knowledge of LAER framework, quota-to-cash, and pricing levers.
  • Strong collaboration with Customer Success, sales, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Structured approach to renewal lifecycle management.
  • Negotiation skills with procurement, finance, legal stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (French, Spanish, or Dutch bonus).
