What you will do
- Lead renewals for complex customer engagements, aligning usage with pricing and contracts.
- Design pricing models and multi-year agreements to reward adoption and enable expansion.
- Navigate procurement, legal, and finance negotiations per Deal Desk standards.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Maintain forecast accuracy and ensure on-time renewals as standard.
- Align renewal strategy with Global Systems Integrators and partners.
Requirements
- Proven success in commercial renewal role in SaaS or AI organization.
- Commercial mindset to deliver compelling value narratives.
- Knowledge of LAER framework, quota-to-cash, and pricing levers.
- Strong collaboration with Customer Success, sales, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Structured approach to renewal lifecycle management.
- Negotiation skills with procurement, finance, legal stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (French, Spanish, or Dutch bonus).
