What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for learning and talent programs, including registration, calendar management, and materials.
• Provide operational support for virtual and in-person workshops, managing technology and facilitator needs.
• Develop training assessments and track participation and feedback data using Excel to support continuous improvement.
• Draft professional communications for participants, facilitators, and stakeholders.
• Create visual program content, such as slides and one-pagers, using Canva.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and document preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in administrative, coordinator, or program support roles within HR or L&D.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel for tracking and summarizing data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using Canva or similar tools for light visual content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Mississauga, Canada.
