What you will do
- Execute and maintain employee data and HR transactions in Workday with high accuracy.
- Manage operational requests from employees, managers, and HR partners within the HR Shared Services framework.
- Perform system updates and administrative changes, including data and content adjustments in Workday.
- Ensure the integrity and consistency of HR data across various processes and systems.
- Contribute to the centralization and continuous improvement of HR administrative operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an HR operations or HR Shared Services environment.
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS, ideally Workday.
- Strong attention to detail and rigor in data management.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of HR process dependencies such as compensation cycles and reporting structures.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot system or process issues and navigate ambiguity.
- Strong sense of ownership and a service-oriented mindset.
- Interest in becoming a subject matter expert on HR systems and operations.
