What you will do

• Oversee daily billing, cash application, collections, and customer master data activities.
• Deliver on key performance indicators including DSO, AR aging, and billing accuracy.
• Lead and develop a team of managers and supervisors across O2C functions.
• Map current state vs. future state processes to identify and close operational gaps.
• Support system implementations, automation rollouts, and data governance frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and legal to resolve billing discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable operations.
• Minimum 3 years in a people leadership role managing supervisors or managers.
• Strong understanding of construction or service industry billing practices.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the elevator, construction, or field services industry.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP, GetPaid, or Salesforce.
• Experience supporting ERP transformation or system implementation projects.
• CPA designation or equivalent.
