Focus on conducting recovery simulations, managing Enterprise accounts, and aligning technical roadmaps with business outcomes.

Location: Prague, Czechia. Remote work is only possible for employees located in Czechia.

What you will do

• Lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization for Enterprise and Commercial-Named accounts ($100K+ ARR).
• Design protection plans, conduct recovery simulations, and apply the Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM).
• Proactively identify churn risks, migration opportunities, and upsell potential using technical insights.
• Collaborate with CISO/CIO stakeholders to provide risk updates and align product roadmaps with business goals.
• Own the technical success plan and adoption roadmap in partnership with Sales and CS leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles such as Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales SE, or Technical Account Manager.
• Fluent French or German and advanced English proficiency.
• Hands-on expertise in operating systems, virtualization, storage, cloud platforms, and DR&R best practices.
• Must be permanently located in Czechia.
• VMCE certification (must be completed within an agreed timeframe post-hire).

Nice to have

• AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) certification.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect Expert certification.
