What you will do

• Design and maintain advanced Google Sheets systems for tracking, reporting, and automation.
• Build and manage multi-step automations using Zapier and Make.
• Implement and troubleshoot API integrations, webhooks, and tool connections.
• Structure and optimize Notion as an internal knowledge base and workflow hub.
• Create and refine AI-powered workflows using tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively build scalable automation solutions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in advanced Google Sheets formulas and structured data systems.
• Proven experience building workflows in Zapier and/or Make (Integromat).
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Experience structuring Notion for operational clarity and scalability.
• AI-native mindset with experience building workflows using ChatGPT and Claude.
• Background in revenue operations, growth automation, or internal tooling in early-stage companies.
