hirify.global is a Dutch scale-up providing an AI-powered customer engagement platform to unify communication channels for businesses worldwide.

What you will do

  • Translate product needs into functional prototypes and production code with high-speed execution.
  • Implement an AI-native workflow using tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate delivery.
  • Lead the architectural evolution from a PHP monolith to scalable, event-driven microservices.
  • Develop autonomous AI Agents with specialized skills and connectors to solve customer problems.
  • Ensure system security, performance, and architectural integrity through rigorous verification of AI-generated code.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional backend experience.
  • Proficiency in PHP, Node.js, and Python.
  • Expertise in using AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code) for refactoring and navigating complex codebases.
  • Experience building agentic AI logic and connectors beyond basic RAG.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Utrecht, Netherlands.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Vue.js.
