TL;DR
Head of Global Data Integrity & Data Management (Pharma): Developing and maintaining a global data integrity program to ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and MHRA regulations with an accent on data governance and risk mitigation. Location: Hybrid – Parma (Italy), Dublin (Ireland), or other locations in Europe

What you will do
- Lead the global strategy for data integrity, aligning internal quality standards with global regulatory expectations.
- Develop and implement standardized policies for data governance, data lifecycle management, and integrity controls.
- Oversee the global data risk management program to identify and mitigate risks related to accuracy, completeness, and security.
- Ensure full compliance with FDA, EMA, MHRA, WHO, and PIC/S regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production sites, CMOs, and IT functions to standardize data integrity practices.
- Support inspection readiness and represent the company during regulatory inspections and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Data Science, or Quality Management.
- 15+ years of experience in quality systems, data governance, and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry in global roles.
- Deep understanding of GxP requirements and data integrity principles.
- Proven track record in implementing governance frameworks and managing data-related risks.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Europe.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with digital quality systems such as Veeva, TrackWise, or SAP.
- Experience using data analytics tools and methodologies for risk identification.
