What you will do

• Own delivery for customer requirements, internal programs, and grant-funded projects including timelines, milestones, and compliance.
• Define and implement project management processes: intake, prioritization, stage gates, dependency management, and change control.
• Drive execution through kick-offs, weekly cadences, reviews, retrospectives, and follow-ups on deliverables and risks.
• Create lightweight dashboards, executive summaries, and a single source of truth for program status.
• Improve cross-functional communication by translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders and ensuring clear customer narratives.

Requirements

• 4+ years in technical project/program management owning cross-functional engineering teams (hardware, software, systems).
• Customer-facing delivery experience managing external commitments, scope changes, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience designing and operationalizing PM processes in scaling organizations (intake, governance, reporting).
• Track record driving complex, dependency-heavy programs balancing speed, quality, and alignment.
• Strong execution in ambiguity, stakeholder management, and familiarity with Jira, Agile, Scrum.

Nice to have

• Exposure to HPC, AI infrastructure, or deep-tech products.
• Experience with EU-funded or public programs.
