Salary £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

What you will do

• Manage portfolio of accounts and follow full debt-collection process consistently
• Adhere to client-specific terms, conditions, and timelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders on outstanding issues and escalations
• Escalate overdue accounts for legal action via third-party partners
• Complete account reconciliations and allocate payments accurately
• Handle phone enquiries, monitor inboxes, and produce month-end/ad-hoc reports

Requirements

• Experience in credit control
• Competent Excel user
• UK driving licence
• Can start immediately or on reduced notice
