What you will do

• Manage portfolio of customer accounts and chase overdue debts via phone and email.
• Resolve customer queries and liaise with internal teams.
• Monitor aged debt, escalate issues, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Reconcile accounts, allocate payments, and support month-end processes.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders and contribute to credit control process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as Credit Controller.
• Strong understanding of credit control processes and debt management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Office.
