Location: Hybrid flexibility if located on-site in Vancouver (CAN), Tualatin (OR), Franklin (TN), Fremont (CA), Jacksonville (FL), or fully remote. Up to 25% travel may be required.
Salary: $91,200β$135,200 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do
- Manage product lines through full lifecycle: planning, development, launch, growth, and end-of-life.
- Develop product roadmaps and align requirements with company strategy.
- Conduct competitive analysis and validate market requirements with Strategy and Sales teams.
- Create product documentation including business cases, technical requirements, and sales tools.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales for successful development and launches.
- Monitor product performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in engineering, business, or related technical field (or equivalent experience); MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in power distribution equipment industry, preferably with switchgear.
- Technical knowledge of low voltage power distribution products, markets, and applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
