What you will do

• Design and build intuitive frontend for seamless user experience for SMB customers.
• Develop robust backend services for agent interactions, data storage, and collaboration logic.
• Integrate AI APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Microsoft.
• Implement human-in-the-loop checks for safe, transparent agent actions.
• Establish learning systems for agents to store and use customer-specific information.
• Collaborate with product architect in Agile framework, apply cloud-native practices, and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in technology, software, FinTech, E-Commerce, Cloud Services, SaaS, AI, or Automation.
• Proven fullstack experience shipping cloud-native applications.
• Proficiency in modern web UI frameworks: React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Strong skills in backend: Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, Spring Boot or similar.
• Knowledge of AI trends, agentic design, multi-agent architectures, and AI API integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud-native practices: microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD; Agile experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
