What you will do

• Design and develop features across TypeScript/Node.js backend and React frontend
• Contribute to API-first infrastructure for partner integrations
• Build AI-powered features using Claude and Gemini for claims automation and OPS tooling
• Implement agentic workflows to replace manual tasks in claims, support, and onboarding
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, DocumentDB, Kafka, and AWS across the full stack
• Collaborate with Product, Platform Engineering, Finance, and Operations on solutions
• Drive improvements in quality, performance, and security in a regulated environment

Requirements

• 5+ years as Software Engineer with strong TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js; React familiarity a plus
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or similar) in production
• AI-native patterns: prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, tool calling, agentic orchestration
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, DocumentDB); event-driven systems bonus
• AWS, Docker, CI/CD; DDD, SOLID, system design; unit/integration/contract tests including AI
• Fluent in English; fintech/insurtech experience or curiosity

• Event-driven systems like Kafka
