• Manage full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and testing.

• Lead technically: contribute to decisions, conduct code reviews, mentor juniors.

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• 3+ years in full-stack or backend development
• Build scalable, high-performance web apps with optimization strategies
• Proficiency in modern backend frameworks like Nest.js and RESTful APIs
• Relational/non-relational DBs like PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Analytical skills, clean code, agile methodologies, cross-functional collaboration
