What you will do

• Own network switching, chain discovery, custom networks, RPC configuration, and L2 support across MetaMask Extension and Mobile.
• Define long-term product strategy for EVM and non-EVM connectivity, aligning with overall product and business goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve performance, reduce errors, and simplify user-facing network complexity.
• Set criteria and processes for supporting new chains, balancing UX, feasibility, ecosystem impact, and commercial opportunity.
• Collaborate with PMs, Engineering, Design, Security, and Data to ensure reliable network foundation for all wallet features.
• Communicate vision, set metrics, and influence product direction as a Staff-level multiplier.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer apps in crypto/fintech.
• Staff-level scope: strategy setting, cross-team alignment, owning outcomes beyond single features.
• Proven shipping of high-impact consumer products end-to-end.
• Deep user empathy, abstracting technical complexity into simple UX; thrive in ambiguity and evolving ecosystems.
• Excellent communication to influence stakeholders; skilled in analytics, A/B testing, designer/engineer collaboration.
• Strong enthusiasm and expertise in Web3, blockchains, and emerging technologies.
