Salary: $95,000 - $230,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits

What you will do

• Lead technical projects of moderate to high complexity as an individual contributor.
• Provide insights in design and code reviews.
• Write high-quality, secure, clean code and improve software delivery processes.
• Ship features consistently and coach/mentor other engineers.
• Empathize with customers to build better DeFi experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years solving complex distributed computing problems.
• Fluent in TypeScript/JavaScript for Node/Express APIs.
• Experience with relational/key-value datastores, Kafka/queues/streams, AWS deployment, REST APIs, Grafana monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and staying current on backend trends.
• Passion for DeFi; personal use of DeFi apps.
• Attend two annual in-person team meet-ups around the globe.
