What you will do
- Research, validate, and launch new markets, focusing on demand testing and unit economics viability.
- Analyze market needs and build go-to-market strategies for launching new tech professions.
- Implement high-impact improvements to sales and marketing funnels to drive conversion and revenue growth.
- Develop and test hypotheses on new acquisition channels and iterate rapidly to optimize performance.
- Expand and improve organic and paid acquisition channels, specifically focusing on SEO.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, product, and operations teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or product marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, user conversion, and growth loops.
- Experience in market research, audience demand analysis, and product launches.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required. Spanish is a plus.
