TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (AdTech): Define and evolve the product roadmap for Smart Supply and Smart Exchange with an accent on growth opportunities, yield optimization, operational efficiency, and partner experience. Focus on mapping workflows, writing PRDs and user stories, leading cross-functional execution, and monitoring ROI of product initiatives.

Location: EMEA (selected countries) only, fully remote.

What you will do

  • Define and evolve product roadmap, translate growth goals into priorities, align with revenue targets.
  • Work with Technical Account Managers, Operations, and Growth to understand friction points and map end-to-end workflows.
  • Convert business feedback into structured requirements, define automation needs.
  • Own product backlog, sprint prioritization, write PRDs/user stories, lead UAT and post-launch improvements.
  • Monitor performance, evaluate ROI, identify optimization opportunities.
  • Act as translator between business and engineering, support go-to-market and adoption strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Product Management (AdTech, Marketplace, SaaS, Supply-Side preferred).
  • Cross-functional experience with Engineering, Operations, Revenue teams; track record of shipping scalable revenue-impacting features.
  • Strategic thinking: connect friction to opportunities, prioritize by impact/ROI, data-driven decisions.
  • Technical fluency: APIs, data flows, marketplace dynamics (bidding, yield), automation/reporting.
  • Execution: backlog management (Jira/Linear/ClickUp), clear documentation, strategy to execution.
  • Communication: stakeholder management, explain tech to business and impact to engineers, leadership presentations.
