What you will do

• Translate UK business strategy into technology requirements following the Global IT Demand Management Process.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with local business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Lead and develop local IT staff and manage external IT partners including contracting and service sourcing.
• Manage the local IT budget in accordance with corporate governance and standards.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of local IT services and equipment, ensuring security, compliance, and operational stability.
• Conduct regular service reviews and SLA tracking to identify optimization potential and risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT management and leadership of technical teams.
• Practical ITIL knowledge and strong Project Management experience.
• Solid understanding of end-user computing, networking, and security (Microsoft, Apple, Office365).
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%.
