What you will do

• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, and daily operations to ensure system availability and security.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT support and operations team, overseeing task allocation and growth.
• Oversee ticketing systems, manage SLAs, and resolve complex technical escalations.
• Plan and lead internal and external IT audits, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring compliance with GDPR and conducting DPIAs.
• Provide guidance and training on data privacy across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and support processes.
• Experience with IT audits, compliance frameworks, and GDPR regulations.
• Experience managing ticketing systems and incident handling.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Budapest, Hungary.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or CISM.
• Previous experience acting as a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
• Background in risk management and information security.
