Responsibilities
Coordinate SEO, PPC, SMM, Design & Web teams
Manage priorities, deadlines, and task ownership
Ensure timely delivery of client tasks
Build and improve processes, SOPs, and workflows
Identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
Requirements
2+ years in operations / project management in agency
Strong English (C2)
Strong organizational & communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Process-oriented mindset
