TL;DR

Operations Director (Creative/Advertising): Bridging technical teams, new business, and support to deliver objectives through requirement gathering, process analysis, and technology implementation with an accent on solution design, workflow optimization, and commercial modeling. Focus on leading client pitches, stakeholder communication, data-driven decision-making, and ensuring smooth transitions to implementation.

Location: Germany (primarily remote, with occasional office visits in Frankfurt) and regular business travel across EMEA. Fluency in German and/or French required.

What you will do

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new client accounts, translating needs into workflows for client and tech teams.
  • Evaluate processes, recommend enhancements for efficiency and cost reduction, and design solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead new client pitches and ensure smooth transition to implementation.
  • Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams for effective communication and alignment.
  • Analyze data, create measurement processes, reports, and presentations to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years’ experience in solution design, process optimisation, operations, technical consulting, or similar roles.
  • Experience in advertising, creative agency, production, or digital content operations.
  • Fluency in German or French.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and proactive approach to risks and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills for leading pitches and onboarding.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and remotely across multiple markets.
