What you will do

• Execute live content operations to ensure accurate and timely publishing for clients.
• Manage detail-heavy, repeatable workflows while maintaining high quality standards.
• Monitor live activity and respond rapidly to issues and shifting priorities during events.
• Utilize internal tools and AI-first workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to reduce errors and increase effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide a reliable experience for end users.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, aligned with live events and US coverage.
• Reliable access to a stable internet connection and a suitable remote setup.
• Strong track record of operational accuracy and dependability.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills under pressure.
• Clear written communication skills and a proactive, coachable mindset.
