Salary: 29,750 - 33,250 PLN gross/monthly

What you will do

• Lead engineering teams in delivering high-quality end-to-end products and features.
• Mentor and coach engineers, helping them define and achieve career goals.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX teams, and stakeholders to set product direction.
• Hire and onboard top talent to expand team capabilities.
• Manage the development lifecycle and technical risks to ensure platform reliability and scale.
• Build relationships with buy-side stakeholders and participate in partner meetings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years leading engineering teams.
• Proficiency in one of the following languages: JS/TS, Python, or Java.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Strong knowledge of database system design (RDBMS or NoSQL).
• Experience leading teams in a fully Agile environment.
• Communicative Polish and English languages.
