What you will do
- Mentor development teams on secure coding practices through code reviews and security tool evaluations.
- Identify code and architectural optimizations to enhance platform security.
- Lead design and adoption of secure coding standards aligned with industry regulations.
- Stay ahead of secure coding evolutions and guide architects, developers, and services teams across SDLC.
- Collaborate on secure architecture and technology stack evolution.
- Assist sales on RFP security questions and ensure platform compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, DORA, ISO 27001, NIST-CSF.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience in code remediation and application security.
- Demonstrated experience in information security with strong software development, architecture, and design background.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Availability to travel.

- Experience in insurance business or tools.
- Experience in Java-based applications and Spring Framework.
- Experience in cloud-native applications.
