What you will do

• Research and develop efficient ML solutions to power AI capabilities like intelligent triage and recommendations.
• Collaborate within a multi-functional team of scientists, engineers, and product managers.
• Solve complex problems using recent ML techniques, including neural networks and information retrieval.
• Support the productionization of ML techniques and design systems for scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest ML and NLP literature and share knowledge internally.
• Champion initiatives to improve the quality and robustness of AI capabilities.

Requirements

• MSc degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or related areas.
• Solid foundation in statistics and machine learning techniques.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with deep learning libraries, preferably PyTorch.
• Must be located in Portugal.

Nice to have

• PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or related areas.
• Knowledge and experience with NLP, specifically generative language models and information retrieval.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
